Amal Sarmah provides strategic leadership and overall direction to Technowell Services Private Limited. He drives business growth, technology initiatives, strategic partnerships and major client engagements. His focus is on building Technowell as a trusted technology and digital transformation partner for organizations across India.
Head – Human Resources
Sangita Bhagawati leads the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational development. She also oversees HR policies, compliance and employee welfare while fostering a professional, collaborative and productive workplace culture.
Head – Client Acquisition
Diganta Sarma leads client acquisition and business development initiatives at Technowell. He focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships across different sectors. His role connects client requirements with the right technology and digital solutions.
Head – Technology
Rajib Das leads the technology function and oversees software architecture, development, technical planning and implementation. He is responsible for ensuring that Technowell's solutions are scalable, secure, reliable and aligned with evolving business requirements across web, mobile, cloud and enterprise platforms.
Head – Service Delivery
Birud Bez Barua leads project execution and service delivery across client engagements. He ensures effective coordination between teams, timely implementation, service quality and continuous support. His focus is on delivering projects efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships and operational standards.
